Try FemChange by Nature's Herbs. It's a combination of natural herbs that helps ease your cramps. Before trying FemChange, I had severe cramps monthly. After using it...my cramps stopped coming completely. You just have to make sure you take it a few days before, and during your cycle for maximum effectiveness. Good luck!

Periods usally only last a few days!
the best way I found was a hot water bottle a pain relife tab and a hot drink :D
