People just hate me

The more I try to be friendly people hate me more.I mean I dont care who likes me or not but I think that they take my kindness for weakness.at work my co-workers talk to me but at the same time they talk behind my back.I know that but I just dont say anything or I act like I didnt hear them.should I still conversate with them or just go my own seperate ways?

Go and confront them with their b*tching. They will proberbly back of if they know your not a sucker. Stick to your guns with this because if it were my staff which I have ten of I would be having words with them. There is no place in any business for this to be going on. You should be able to feel comfortable while you are at work. xx

sounds to me like their the sort of people that someone as nice as yourself shouldn't be around...you sound like your a much better person than them , especially if they go around talking about you behind your back

If these idiots have an ounce of common sense, once they realize you don't participate in office gossip, they will stop doing it around you. continue to hold yourself to higher standards and revel in the peace that your non dramatic personality brings. They don't hate you, they are bored insecure people that brought playground antics to their adult careers. I wouldn't pay them any mind.
