Age to get piercing without parents?

how old do you have to b in order to get peircings without parents permission

18 years of age without a parent consent.

if your parent is there you can get it my sister is 15 and she has a belly piercing she had it since she was was 13 1/2???

in most states and countries its 16
unless its on yout genitals (clit, pen*s or nipples)
then you have to be 18 or have a parents consent
but for the other things, eg
navle, tounge, ears, nose, lip, ect
you have to be 16
also keep in mind people at the mall or a salon are NOT profesionals
a tattoo shop or a special clinic were they do peircings/waxing and stuff is were you need to go if you want it profesionally done

the piercing place determines the age.
