How to pierce my own belly button?

how can I peirce my own belly button with out it getting infected? or nose?

Get it done professionally!!!
doing it yourself is wayyy more painful and is very likely to get infected and trust me if it gets that bad you can possibly die from it ( worst case scenario )

But if your going to make sure you clean it every morning and night
with disinfectent and make sure you have clean hands etc!!

I don't really agree, if you do it intelligently it can be less painful and less nerveracking. This is according to Ell, of course, who does it all the time for herself and friends. The problem is that you need to do it with medical needles. If you use a normal sewing needle it will get infected, the skin around it will knot, and you will have a strange and ugly scar FOREVER. The difference between medical needles and normal ones are that medical needles are hollow and sharp on all edges of the point. This allows it to take out the skin in the area being pierced. Sterilize ANY needle you use and the area you pierce with alcohol first. Clean it afterward as well. I wouldn't suggest doing your nose by yourself though. There's a layer of skin that is very elastic on the inside of your nose and it usually closes up before you can get the nose ring in.

I have peirced both my own belly button, and nose and my nose hurt somuch worse, but in the end they both got infected and now I have a big scare on my belly button, because I did it wrong, but the only reason I think that my nose got infected is because I had to take it out at school in 8th per. and I couldnt wear it infront of my dad so ya... if you want to do it go for it. but you shuld make sure that the needle you do it wit is stearil and you can numb it with ice, your belly button neways because thats what I did.
