Hi,

A friend of mine did Peace Corps in Lesotho, S. Africa. She hated it and returned home after a year (the contract was for 2-years). She disliked it very much because she was 2 hours (by horse) away from any other American in the Peace Corps. She was isolated in this African village. She would have liked it better if she was closer to other Americans in the Peace Corps, she felt very alone.
