Parents won't let me get another piercing.

I really want to get another lip piercing so I have snake bites...but my parents won't let me.
It dosen't make any sense because they already let me get one.
How do I convince them to let me get another one? Any Ideas?

personally, I think those piercings are horrible because when you get older, you are going to have holes next to your lips! and if you want to get REALLY far in life, thats not exactly a good feature..

lol, I have my labret pierced, and I wanted to also get my monroe, but my boyfriend wont let me, because I already have my nose eyebrow and ears and belly button.
just try talkin to your parents, maybe get a job and let them figure out that you are responsible and that it is YOUR money that you are spending so they should have nothing to worry about. and it is YOU that will be takin care of it... I never told my dad about my piercings(being a single parent he had no support) but the worst thing is to do it behind your parents backs. let them know what is really on your mind, and I am sure if you do the above, they will be totally cool wit it!
