Parakeet breeder

my grandpa has a parakeet, and it had one of those little foot band thingies. it said on the internet that the first two letters on the band are the breeder's initials. the band said BE. we have searched EVERYWHERE, but cannot find out who this is. can anyone help???

First, where did he purchase the parakeet? If it was a pet store then it is highly likely that the bird came from your own area or state. Find any breeder in your area and give them a call. A lot of breeders know each other.
