Pain in ass landlord

The old man that I rent my apartment from lives in the same building. My car recently broke down ,I don't have the money to get it fixed right now, and it is parked in the space that comes with my rent. The old man keeps harassing me about it...'when are you going to have it fixed???', 'I don't like it!!' he says. I think my car and WHEN it gets fixed is none of his damn business.He is really adding to my stress....is my car legally none of his business? thanks.

Well it IS his property. But if you are paying for the packing spot as well then he can't really do much. Bitch is about all he can do.
