Pain below left breast

Today, I have this sudden pain right below my left breast. it throbs when I breathe (so... pretty much all the time lol). usually when this happens, I take a deep breath and I'll feel this intensely sharp pain, but today it just throbs. when I press on...

the area, it feels bruised and it hurts more.

I don't think it's too serious.. but what could be wrong?

maybe your bra is pressing against the area wear it hurts or maybe if you sleep on your stomach at times your positioning your body wrong. I don't know it doesnt seem too badd but if it keeps hurting let someine know.

I have been having pains all my life like that because I have a heart murmer. Sometimes my heart will get offbeat and it will be a sharp pain until it rights itself. Sometimes they hurt so much it is hard to breath but it usually passes within a few minutes.
