it should be all about how you feel about your body... I personally don't think you need to loose any.. but here hows I've been losing weight go for 15-30 minute runs... don't stop every minute after ten minutes when your heart beat is up your losing weight.. get into the gym.. tone up lift weights.. and don't eat big meals only eat when your hungry instead of 3 regular size meals a day try 5-6 small meals and only eat until your full.. thats what I do and it's helpped me a lot
ok girl if you r 5'6 5'7 and only weight 150 that is ok when you r supost to weight 180 ok girl you r crazy if you think you need to lose weight






What are some tips to help me lose weight?
ok im 19 and 5'6-5'7, I weigh 145-150 I know I need to weigh around 130, Is that right or do I need to lose more? Can anyone give me tips on how to lose weight,Healthy im not going to stop eating or anything like that! I used to weigh around 120-125 but I got pregnant and had my daughter 2 years ago, after I was pregnant I weighed 180 ya a lot! but can you please give me some tips thanks a lot!
