What could bad pain in my right hip be?

Im having really bad pains in my right hip for like 8 weeks now what could it be?

well... it could be your hip bone.. did you fall or anything?
if it's more in the abdomen area it could be your intestines or you could have a cyst on your ovary.. I think it's time to consult a doctor!

Well it could be basically anything, go into the doctor's office, and get an x-ray.. :]

You should definately go to the doctors specially that its gone on tha long.

If you fell it could be bruised or sprang...

its prob just a nerve being pinched, a doc or chiropactor could fix it up
