How do I get a splinter out of my eyelid?

Okay, so I have this splinter thing (it's probably a little picker from our hay) (like, the kind animals eat) and it's IN MY EYELID! just below the crease... and... I CAN'T GET IT OUT WITH A TWEEZERS! the end is too small. but...IT HURTS! is there something I can put on it that will draw it out that won't irritate my eyes?

ALL ADVICE/SUGGESTIONS ARE MUCH APPRECIATED!!!

it's 11:48 p.m. where I am.
and both of my parents are in bed.
my brother just got home but he wasn't much help...he was all hiccup-y and couldn't see anything.
I was wondering if something like neosporin would draw it out and not hurt the eye? although maybe not neosporin, because I'm looking at the label and it says not to use in the eyes. is the eyelid too close to the eye to use it...?

 
Try going to your school nurse. Otherwise a visit to your doctor might be in order.

And, NO, don't use anything on your eyelid that says to keep away from your eyes.
