Organic foods

What are some organic foodds that I can eat everyday? Im tired of eating all that processed crap and want to eat a little healthier

Yeah, we're living in the age of organic food. My relatives back in Oregon say it's now much more profitable to grow foods according to organic standards than conventional ones. That's why their orchards are now completely pesticide free.

So there you go. Eat organic apples. Apples are loaded with vitamins and antioxidants and are one of the healthiest things you can snack on, if they're not covered in pesticides.

I also suggest buying organic milk, cheese, and cream, as well as organic loaves of wheat and spelt bread.

If you go to health food stores, you can find just about everything organic, including organic beers and frozen food. Be careful though; while some of that stuff is much healthier, it's just as inefficient to produce. I would stick with buying organic staples and produce for now.

Organic foods are good but don't neglect the locality of where you food is produced. There are now large factory organic farms who produce lots of food that is organic by the letter of the law but profits large corporations and is transported thousands of miles to markets all over. On the other hand there are local growers who do not conform to the letter of the law but definitely its spirit and you can probably buy at your local farmer's market.

To me buying locally produced food is every bit as important as it being organic.
