Orange streak hair dye

I want an orange streak in the back of my hair, like just a single orange highlight about an inch wide. I have no idea where to get the dye to do it and I dont know if it is different than just orange dye since I'm not dying my whole head orange.

I never really seen orange dye about anywhere
but you coud try Hot Topic seen as they sell all kinds of weird colors!!!
