Can I put Neosporin on my dog's scratches?

She lets the puppy chew her up lol they aren’t deep or harmful at all, it’s just we’re taking them to boarding in a week & I’d rather have the scratches look better by the time she’s there. She doesn’t clean them herself.

Answer #1

Depends on if the dog has sensitive skin…I have put neosporin on my animals and it worked like a charm…however the dog could be allergic…have some benedryl handy!!

Answer #2

I would do it! I have used some on a cat before. ;)

Answer #3

She does have VERY sensitive skin but when she breaks out I know how to calm the rash down.

Answer #4

I wouldn’t see why it would hurt…hell it could maintain the senstivity 2!!! I would try it

Answer #5

The dog will probably lick the Neosporin after you apply it.

Answer #6

Nope it’s on her chest/arm pits/neck/in ears, she can’t reach. :p

Answer #7

I really don’t think neosporin will hurt a dig if swallowed they eat sh** and drink piss I think it will be ok
