Why do I feel full and like throwing up when I eat?

OMG...today is 1-5-07 and we had pizza for dinner...and yeah im trying to gte skinnier but my mom made me eat sum and OMG...after taking the 4th small bite of that pizza I got FULL like seriously...and my mom made me take another bite and OMG...I looked at that pizza and felt like throwing up...and I don't know what happend but suddednly it all felt gross to me and I felt like throw up I quickly went to the restroom and threw up...OMG I get FULL so easily NOW since I was trying to get thinner...wich was when we got out for Winter Break...but I don't know I cant eat much food anymore it all taste good at first but when I get FULL I just threw it back out evry single time I cant deal with it anymore...I need tips...please leave comments and try to help me out!

It sounds to me as though you have a very slow digestive system. This happened to someone I know and and he went to see an herbalist. She told him to make start drinking plenty of WATER all day daily & it will help him. && it helped! In about a couple of days he would feel a difference and he said it didn't "feel like he was going to die" after he finished a meal(that's how bad he felt)... P.S. when you start giving goood burps, it really working!
