If Tupac is REALLY alive & he comes back in 2014

Usually the charge is fraud, in general, but it also depends a lot on other circumstances surrounding the fake death - there could be many other charges.

He’s not still alive, however, if he did “come back” he would be tried with fraud. It would also depend on what charges he had against him before his death, and all of the circumstances surrounding his death.

if he’s in a witness protection thing like people say he is then he probably wouldn’t get charged with anything.

but if he’s not in a witness protection program then I’d say fraud.

The witness relocation program relocates people and gives them new identities, but it doesn’t make their original identity “die”.
