Hey just and fyi, I've never used this program, however I use Xpel which is a dietary supplement used for rapid water loss, and kind of squeezes the excess water out of the body. I've used it for about a month now and so far it's worked great.
Also there is something called ripped fuel, that induces rapid weight loss, but I must say it doesn't look like you need to take any of that stuff...
I already lost my weight anyway, found out it was all water weight from the medication I told you I take for my back... I took the akavar for a week and diurex for a two and I also found out the scale at my docs is like 7 pounds heavier than other sclaes so I was paranoid about nothing really. When I weighed myself ay my gym it said I am exactly where I want to be. Thanx though
I never thought you could hold like 13 lbs of water weight, though!

Has anyone else used akavar for weight loss?
Send me Fun Mail
I am on day four of Akavar 20/50 and I just weighed in at 155 from my starting weight which was 160 lbs. No nasty side effects and nothing else to speak of. It does suppress my appetite and it does give me energy. But I do not get shaky or a feeling of too much caffeine. Has anyone else used Akavar?
