running, stetching, wall sits (tough but a great one) randomly through out the day do a set of 50-100 crunches. Do about 3 sets a day. lay on your back and curl your body up. lift your feet about an inch of the groung and your shoulders about an inch of the ground. Place your hands over your head and hold for about a minut. this will hurt but hey, it works!! and rememeber to eat right
AND DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!!!!!!!!REMEMBER, NO SOFT DRINKS!!!!!! WATER IS 4 DA HARDCORE!!!!! SOFTDRINKS IS 4 THE SOFT PEEPS!! who wants to be soft???

What exercises will help my thighs and stomach?
ok im 14, 5 6'and 152lbs and I need ways to lose some weight on my thighs and stomache with exersizes im not looking 4 advice I just need to know sum exersizes I can do that will work out those parts of the body!
