Ocd problem

My cat, Dopey Asked by kittyluck about 1 year ago, 4 answers.

ok so I have the worst ocd (obsesisive compulsive disorder) or I think I do.
its so annoying. I have to touch everything like 4 times. I count everything like everything! and all this other annoying stuff . I've been doing it for a longgg time too.
how...

do I find out if I have it?

I used to do that. I eventually grew out of it. I don't remember how though. And you're right. the most annoying thing in the world. I had it to where I couldn't even step on a crack on the tiles unless I stepped on the same crack with the other foot. really sad.

ahh - I've had my share of OCD, too. sad

it sucks

but I don't think it takes much to get rid of it. some people can be ocd free in 3 months and some people can be ocd free in 3 years. it depends how badly you have ocd. all though it may seem hard right now, it doesn't seem like you have a very serious case. I suggest you talk to a therapist and research about your disease.

im the same as yumiyukai I had an ocd and I grew out of it but also dont know how.
but my ocd was everytime I touched something I washed my hands and used this hand spray and my hand started to become very irritable and itchy and began to get very dry and bleed :S
