well first just be there friend dont act different around them they know that your just being nice and personally ask yourself this if you had it would you want people to change around you? and ask them what they want what they want to talk about what they want to do... I was watching this movie and it seems that people that actually have disease and dont have much time to live actually have bigger hearts and a fuller view on life than people without a disease and it should not be like that you should just be yourself and help that person

I am almost at that point of OCD because I have to wash my hands constantly. I don't like the thought of germs inhabiting my body. I don't get sick that often though. I just think it's like other things where you have to want to get cured. It seems it has to be done professionally not just anyone can help stop this crazyness. My husband makes fun because I touch the dog or something in the kitchen then I have to wash my hands. Always. It's a fear of contamination. You can be there for the person but they must want to get professional help.
