Is my cousin obese?

my little cousin is 11 years old and she is 145 lbs. she doesnt look to fat and shes 5-1. is she fat or obese? if she is tell me how to help her

Well no, if her height is 5'1, she is not over weight. She is just a bit chubby, but she's not fat.

Well I'm 5 foot 2 and 108 pounds, but I'm thinking of gaining some weight back, she's fine don't worry.. she might just want to tone up a little, she will need help with that because I remember when I was 13 - 14 I wanted to tone up a little and I basically stoped eating so shes going to need to everything about diets so she doesn't do anything silly .. like I did. x

I definatly agree with the girl above. shes not much shorter than me and weighs 145? No im 100% sure she's not over weight she's just A LITTLE chubby chub...lol

Well actually she is overweight... just calculate her BMI and see!
she has to be at least 130 to be considered as normal !
well, shes not obese! (5.1 obesity:158)
but she have to get rid of the extra wiegh by exercising ..
she's still too young to have a strict diet !! but eating healthy law fat food will help her and improve her health as well ...
I would like to add, it's nice of you to care enough to help her .. happy
