Ok theres this game I want to play with my friend but it won't work I installed the plugin but it still didn't work I restart my laptop it still didn't work what am I doing wrong? I really want to play with game with my friend

Well, then you should contact them at the website you mentioned, as they should be able to help you, if they care happy

Most websites have good customer service, (like us) if they don't, I wouldn't bother.
