Have you tried emailing or calling this particular phone company yourself and explaining the situation. I'm sure they'd want to know if one of their customers lied to them and was avoiding them by giving them the wrong number. Look up the loan company online and find their website to get information on how to contact them, and tell them what's going on. Maybe it's more complicated than that, I'm not sure what to tell you. Hope it works out
