It depends on if that 250lbs is muscle or fat. If you have it all in muscle, then no, you're not overweight, but if it's fat, then yes. I'm just going to be honest and say that you probably are a little overweight, but seeing as I've never met you, there are a lot of factors I can't take into account, such as build, shape, muscle mass, physical activity level etc. That is why you should go see a doctor, it's the only way to tell for sure. Oh yeah, and don't use any of those stupid BMI charts, because they don't take the factors I mentioned into consideration either. Besides, I know for a fact that it's not reccommended for those under 20 or over 65. Anway, good luck, peace.

Yeah..im 15 and im big but I am overweight?
im 6'4 and 250ish pounds, my nick names deisal because im so strong but the question in the back of my head always lingers am I fat?
