what is considered normal blood sugar level? when should someone be concerned?

98 is considered normal 103 after eating but if yopu drop below 70 or go above 190 be concerend and get checked for diabetes if high and hypoglycimic if low

"Perfect glycemic control" would mean that glucose (sugar) levels were always normal (70-130 mg/dl, or 3.9-7.2 mMol/L) and indistinguishable from a person without diabetes.
