No talking until i move

Well I have waited a while to ask this so here it is,some people do give me a hard time at school about stupid stuff and the only time I really talk is during lunch,I try not to talk in class but I end up doing it,give me tips or something on how I can...

stop talking.

BTW:I'm not a talkative person most of the time.

why do you not want to talk to anyone?
stand up for yourself, and tell them that you dont want to talk to them.
silence isnt always the key.

I try to do this kind of thing all the time. And, it takes a lot of energy, believe me.

Some stupid things I try:
-focus on something until it blurs
-imagine getting up and screaming at them
-draw or write
-be yourself inside yourself. (you might seem crazy if you talk to yourself)
