Get very full fast when eating

ok. so I just started dating this guy who I really like.but for some odd reason I havent been eating much.like ill be really hungry but then when I eat its not even a lot.I get full rite away. I've been really tierd, I've been haveing bad heart burn,so what could that mean?!?!!?

its probably due from not eating
a lot of girls, when there in front of a guy or other people
they wont ewat as much (if any) food that they would normally eat at home
like with a guy youd eat a salad or some small crap like that
then when you get home unhinge your jaw and tip back the fridge!...lol...well eat a lot more
this is becaiuse your self conciouse about what hell think of you eating
you dont want him to see you eat
or you think it will make you fat, or arnt happy with the way your body looks
many girls do this, and they need to stop
