Where to get these nike heels?

Hi peeps, my 18th soon and the 1 present I really would like to buy is... (Hard to explain LoL)
Its a trainer "Nike" I dont know if "adidas" do them, but its a trainer with a high heel, ankle boot!!

Please anybody tell meee where I can get them... Im from the UK, we used to have them in the shop 'republic' ages ago and ever since they havent been around my area
