What does this nightmare mean?

what does this mean? having a dream about dying or some one dying and the faces are all distorted, and you wake up cring and you can't breathe.

as far as you yourself dying, it normally means changes are apt to occur soon. Your life is maybe at a stressfull point, and you are looking for release. as far as the faces being distorted, its showing you how you few other people differently then yourself. It also depends on how you are dying in your dream, and if the peoples faces are of people you know in person though.

either some element of your life is coming to an end or you are feeling out of control. that would be my guess. try focusing on the serenity prayer before you go to sleep.
