Needle thru lip what side

What way do they put the needle in, ? Do they shuv the spikey bit thru the inside of your lip to the out or the outside of your lip in?

If you're thinking about piercing yourself, don't do it. You'll most likely mess it up, because even though you THINK you know what you're doing- you don't. But to answer your question. Three ways: A) They pierce outside to in, and put a hoop in. B) They pierce inside to out (less accurate) and use a stud. C) They pierce outside to in with a catheter style needle, and then insert the jewelry inside to out.

But again, don't do it yourself!

the clamp it and then stick a hollow needle through
then they thread the jewlerey through the needle
and pull the needle out from the inside of your mouth
so as they pull it out the jewelrey will go in
