Why cant I turn off the computer,and go to bed,im just sitting here waiting for answers..lol...help...???

lol insomnia..well I work overnight, so im always awake!! sleep is good for you! you need it! make sure your getting at least 8 hours : ) but late nighters arent bad just make it up in the morning (but dont be lazy)
