Need help with ipod shuffle.

How do I download music onto my ipod shuffle without paying for the songs I download on it? I just bought it and don't know how to use it.

Please Help!

the only way to get music to is without buying the songs from Itunes is to upload a CD
you need to plus your ipod into your computer using the USB cord and put whatever CD you want into the thing and then it should ask if you want to upload it and say yes. itll take a couple minutes to get the songs on to itunes. then once its in look at the list of stuff at the left and click Music. the cd should be there and left click it and drag it to your ipod. whatever you named it( ex mines Ashley's ipod)
