Need help on birthday ideas

I have one coming up. My 20th and I'd want it to be very special.
I haven't had a real party since I was 12 or so. .
I'm not sure how or where I want it to be. . someplace mystical and Outstandingly Beautiful. I have no friends here. . but I do have Very far away friends out there.
I DON'T want The Regular Boring Happy Peppy Birthday style. Ugh!
I want it to be surreal and amazing and completely different and exciting!!!

Any Ideas on how I could do that? I was thinking of dressing up in old times clothing but I cannot afford it for everyone. I want to decorate the Area with Red and White and some other colours.. .almost like a wedding but. . .its Not!

Have You or anyone else you knew had a birthday that was different and what things they used and clothes they wore? If you like, for Ideas you can name wedding ideas too!

I persoally would wait till my 21st to have a big party but thats my opinion,
if you do want a 20th party why not have a fancy dress or a masquerade party & decorate the place with hellium balloons, red/silver & black balloons!!
cocktails & great party food, a dj & decorate the chairs how they do at weddings, black with silver & red bows on the back of them to match the balloons,

I hied out a local club/pub and told everyone to come as their favorite celebrity,audrey hepburn,marilyn monroe,zorro,shrek and fiona,cast of grease,lilly savage,were just a few of many that came and the drunker people got the more into charector they got

NO! I am against Alcohol and Would never Have a birthday party at a Pub/Club.
