Need help for ps3 microphone

I Have Rock band Microphone And I Have Mlb 09 The Show in the game I want use the microphone to use in the game I want to know how to work by editing voice and chants can someone help

The mic is considered a mic and the headphones when you use it. Before you put the mic in, make sure to go into the system accessories setup and tell it that mic is the input and not your headset. Then you should be able to have the console detect the mic.
