Hey I am 13 and I really like this girl for about 1 year, she has been in and out of relationships and I really want to ask her out. What should I do? I don't know when to ask her out !HELP!!!!!

u sound like a very good guy! all you have 2 do is write it down on a note . expalin to her you liked her for a long time and that you want to ask her out because you think it might work out for you 2 guys ! so what if you get rejected it wont be your frist trust me!
