there's this stuff you can buy, some kind of vitamin oil, that makes your nails soft and basically the opposite of yours. you can buy it at any target or walmart. just look for Sally Hansen nail moisturizer and cuticle growth oil with vitamin e. it's basically an oil that you paint on and just leave it there. it'll soak in and make them better.
buy a good clear nail polish, cut one garlic in small pieces and put it inside, then use everyday.
Ok, well if your nails are brittle I would consider giving yourself a mini medicure every night, they are quite simple and they made my nails gorceous! Ok, well in your case file your nails to a desired length, usually I square mine off, and then paint them with nail hardeners, and continue this every night, and thus leads to pretty nails! good luck!
Make sure you're getting enough calcium -- cheese and milk.
Brittle nails are usually a sign of some sort of vitamin or mineral deficiency in your body. Start taking a good multi vitamin every day as well as using a nail hardener polish on your nails.
thanks for your help yes I have to find this Sally Hansen nail moisturizer and the garlic idea isnt bad,,for the calcuim I sometimes take pills not always and I take skim milk not often though
mmm
multivitmain isnt bad idea but will it let me eat like a pig??is there any vitamins for the nails like those for hair?cause I m using for my hair and my hair looks better
