as picture captions?
like what appears right under your picture?

bold <b>text here</b>
italics <I>text here</I>
underline <u>text here</u>

to center the caption, so its centered under your picture:
<center>text here</center>
right aligned, instead of left like normal.
<p align=right>text</palign>
