ok I know this is stupid
but I've been going trough stuff so I needed to change my myspace password

but at the same time I for got my myspace password and I dont remeber my email password

what should I do I really need help

there is really nothing that you can do. I would just suggest making a whole new myspace account

if you have a security question with youe mailbox you can still recover it.
