Eat a balanced diet & exercise.
Exercise daily and eat right. Create a plan of what foods you need and what exersizes will help you get the way you want to be....I suggest joining a gym.
to get thin you need work out almost 3 times a week, jog, eat as much as you want just dont ever eat the fatty food..and you should know what..and just work out. a gym would do you good and when you talk to the instructor tell him/her that you are only there to tone.
well I got to be thin by only drinking water and not any cold drinks at all!! and so far I've lost 33 pounds and rising it really helps and you can drink milk,tea,and have daily vitimens it all helps
well, I water fast for 2 weeks per month.
