Well... currently you are at your average weight right now for your height.
Usually to make your stomach smaller or to tone it up you have to do ab exercises along with cardio. Because of your disability I'm not sure what kind of cardio you can do and what you can't do. Swimming is good to slim down, if you are capable. If you want to funmail me and let me know what you do and what you can do, I will be more than willing to help you =)

How to get to my goal weight?
Send me Fun Mail
I am 5'9 and I think I weigh about 155lbs. I am disabled now I use a wheelchair to get around. Where I want loose weight most if my stomach. I workout at least 3 times a week, I am trying to get back to my normal habit of working out 5 times a week in the gym. If I don't workout at the gym I usually stretch myself out at home. Can you please give me advice on what I can do to get my stomach somewhat smaller than what it is now, and what should be my average weight please. My goal weight is 120lbs but I was 120lbs at one time and I didn't feel myself, so my goal weight now is 130lbs.
