My swordtail is not moving

my female swordtail is staying in a spot not pregnant and not moving only his fins...whatz wrong with him plzzz tell me

give her some gill cleaner and water cleaner and then if you have not done so put a pump and heater and a filter to keep the water nice and clean if that dont work then its her time to die thats the best advice I can give thats what my dad dose with his fish and hes had fish since he was 5 years old and hes now 54
