Can I wear a puffy dress to a club/bar like place?

Well im having my sweet 16 in this bar type of thing so its like a club atmosphere but do you think it would be weird if I wore a puffy dress? I want to wear one but would that be weird?

not weird, you can do w/e you want! your the bday girl! however it sounds like your having kind of a dance thing so just make sure you can move and won't get uncomfy in your dress.

I luv puffy dresses!! im only 14 but at my sweet 16 im definately wearing a short dress with lots of tool to make it puffy!! I say go for it and make it look hot!!!
