Will a male dog be aware that a female dog is pregnant?

Yes it isn't actually the fact that she is pregnant but that she isn't in heat anymore and isn't giving him that urge now

Yes when a female dog is pregnant or in heat they give off strong faramones. He will be able to smell that she is pregnant. Sound wierd but its true
