My phone, can I also picture text?

Ok so I have a cingular phone and I have unlimited textin!..so does that mean that I can picture text with out it costin??? Could I get on my yahoo from my phone and talk to people without it costin?? Please help

It depends what network you're on and what their terms and conditions are. Most companies have a customer help desk, so call it up and ask them the questions- they're more likely to have an accurate answer.
