I know this girl whose periods were TOO heavy and the only way to fix that problem was birth control. That made them lighter and soon they stop coming all together. My periods were VERY irregular and I started birth control. For the first couple of months I spotted a little then they disappeared, too. So you might want to try birth control. Maybe it will make your periods normal(shorter in length/3 to 7 days) or even stop completely. We both are on Depo Provera and we go to the docter to have it administered. That way we know for a sure fact it’s being giving correctly. And you only have to get the shot once every 3 months. The doctors office wil schedual your appointment. You also have five days before and five days after the appointment date to get the shot. Any later than five days after your appointment date, the docters office will give you a serum pregnancy test at the lab. I would also like to add that it didn’t make me or my friend gain weight.
