How to get my parents to be less strict?

My parents are really like strict and overprotective and they wont let me do anything. I'm not allowed to have a boyfriend, I'm not allowed to have a phone, I'm not allowed to go out with my mates, I'm not allowed to like buy my own clothes, I'm not allowed to go to music concerts ... Im not allowed to do anything!!

Does anyone know what I can do to stop them? I'm very shy so I don't know how I'm going to tell them how I feel, but I'm in third year of high school and everyone else's parents lets everyone do all of the above??? What should I do??

WHat I would do is act ok with it, and just go along and do what they say, adventually they will be less strict because they will trust you. It works for me...

wow well tell them your about to graduate from highschool and you dizerve respect who cares if your shyu got to stand up 4 yourself and none of that gain their trust crap that never works
