Is my nose ring infected?

I go t my nose pierced about a month ago maybe, and it was all fine nothing wrong then latley I have noticed a big red bump under it. nothing yellow comming out but its big everyone says its normal, okaye but now my stud gets stuck to it in the morning...

and when I clean it and get it un stuck, it will peel off the scab looking thing, and sometimes start to bleed. what should I do?? is it infected? or is this what I does...??

you have the bump, it is fine. I got it to. After a while it goes down. Just keep cleaning it and it will dissapear.
