Well, my Mom knows I'm sexually active but she think I stopped. How do I tell her I'm active again?

You open your mouth and you tell her. You will need your mothers help to make sure you are keeping yourself safe.

well, I think if I tell her that she would punish me forever and not trust me but I want to tell her because I didnt use a condom

you are 20 years old and obviously you dont have an open relationship with your mom. Most moms do not like to hear their child is having sex but if my child came to me & told me they were having sex I would make darn sure she was on the pill and he was using a condom. There are so many birth control items on the market now no reason not to protect yourself. Just tell your mom.. be honest.
