could ask for and that im a lucky man to have her, yet her lack of confidence she just doesnt seem to believe me. usuually shes up and down in the space of a few weeks/ months but this has been going on for years now. its affecting every area of our life. including our sex life.

I fancy her like you wouldnt believe I tel her this I try and be romantic for her but I get hardly no affection back from her. I do all the work in the bedroom dont get me wrong I love the sex because we have a loving connection but im unsatisfied because il do anything for her in the bedroom and she just lies there. I've tried talking to her but she gets upset or angry and just blames it on her confidence. I try and help her excersise and everything but it just doesnt work. please help.

Maybe you could get some of your friends to tell her that she looks good as well? When my girl's confidence drops (she is in the same boat as yours), I always encourage my friends to compliment her. It seems to boost her self-esteem when it's someone besides me who's telling her that she looks good. I think it's because she expects it from me, and she's used to it. Yours may think that you're supposed to say it, since you're together, or that you may be complimenting her on non-physical aspects.
